Draft — to be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who creates an Inbeex account. Bracketed items are blanks to be completed before launch.

1. Who we are

Inbeex is provided by [legal entity name], [address] (“Inbeex”, “we”). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account (“you”).

2. What Inbeex does

Inbeex connects to the email account you choose and reads your messages and attachments, and builds client files, deal records, documents, timelines and open items for you. Ask Inbeex answers questions about your files, suggests changes that take effect only when you confirm them, and drafts emails that you review and send yourself. Inbeex does not send, move, delete or change email in your mailbox. [Counsel: Gmail sign-in uses Google’s read-only scope; app-password connections grant full access that Inbeex limits itself to reading — please word the access description accurately.]

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older and authorized to connect the mailbox you connect. You are responsible for your login and for the people you give access to (for example an assistant or processor), and for what they do in your account.

4. Your data stays yours

You own your email, documents and client information (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to process Customer Data only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

5. AI features

Inbeex uses AI to read, summarize, file and draft. AI can make mistakes. Review summaries, filings and drafts before relying on them or sending them. Inbeex does not give legal, financial, tax, lending or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for your professional decisions and communications.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Inbeex to break the law, to send spam, to process data you have no right to process, to probe or disrupt the service, or to reverse-engineer it. Don’t upload content you aren’t allowed to share.

7. Plans, trial and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider and renew until canceled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of questions to Ask Inbeex (each answer, change or draft counts as one); at the limit, questions pause until the next month. Email filing doesn’t stop: each plan is built for a stated number of client emails a month, and if you regularly exceed it, we’ll talk with you about a plan that fits. We don’t charge overages. [Counsel to confirm.] The free trial lasts [14] days and includes [50] questions; during the trial, Inbeex reads the last [30] days of email to build your files. On a monthly plan, Inbeex reads the last [12] months of email when you subscribe, and past email up to [3] years or [25,000] emails after your second monthly payment. On a yearly plan, it reads past email up to [3] years or [25,000] emails when you subscribe. Your early-access price is kept for your first [12] months. Otherwise, prices may change with [30] days’ notice. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Canceling and your data

You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid month. You can export your client files and documents before you leave. After cancellation we delete Customer Data within [30] days, except where the law requires us to keep something.

9. Third-party services

Inbeex relies on your email provider (Google, Microsoft or your host) and on the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control, and your use of your email account stays subject to your provider’s terms.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Inbeex available and secure but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove something material to a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the [12] months before the claim, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost deals).

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, with notice where reasonable.

13. Changes to these terms

We’ll notify you of material changes at least [30] days before they take effect.

14. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [state], USA. Contact: [support email].
