Security

Inbeex is designed so that nothing happens to your email or your data without you.

Read-only by design

Inbeex only reads your email. It never sends, moves or deletes anything. Gmail sign-in asks Google for read-only access, so Inbeex couldn’t change anything even by mistake; other mailboxes connect with an app password that Inbeex uses only to read.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest in our database and document storage.

Private documents

Documents are stored privately. They’re reachable only through links you create, which you can turn off.

Nothing happens without you

Changes suggested by Ask Inbeex wait for your click. Drafts are sent by you, from your own mail app.

Access you control

Assistants and processors get their own login and see only the client files you choose. You can switch access off at any time.

Separate customers

Each customer’s data is kept separate and is only reachable through that customer’s account.

No training on your data

Your email and documents are not used to train AI models.

Disconnect anytime

Delete the app password you made for Inbeex at your email provider — or, for Gmail sign-in, remove Inbeex in your Google account — or ask us to delete your data.

Planned, not yet in place

The following are in progress and are not presented as done: Google’s restricted-scope security assessment (CASA) for public Gmail access, and Microsoft publisher verification.
